NOTICE is given that the land described in the schedule hereto has been duly set apart in accordance with the provisions of part IV of the Trust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. Place.—Maji ya Chumvi, Mariakani, Kaloleni District Purpose.—Commercial Area.—20.235 Hectares approximately (50.0 acres) Description of land: This land is situated approximately 11.0 kilometres to the North West of Mariakani Township. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from a point ―B‖ which is a IPC from which spotheight 188 and spot height 213 are 1074.0 metres and 1111.00 metres distance on bearing of 200° 26' 37" and 312° 02' 41", respectively. Thence for a distance of 315.15 metres on a bearing of 225° 00' 00" to point B9 1PC; thence for a distance of 600.02 metres on a bearing of 312° 03' 00" to point B8 1PC; thence for a distance of 314.15 metres on a bearing of 45°00' 00" to point B7 1PC; thence for a distance of 100.00 metres on a bearing of 316° 30' 11" to point B6 1PC; thence for a distance of 80.00 metres on a bearing of 349° 29' 56" to point B5 1PC; thence for a distance of 78.20 metres on a bearing of 07° 30' 33" to point B4 1PC; thence for a distance of 70.12.00 metres on a bearing of 269° 29' 36" to point B3 1PC; thence for a distance of 50.02 metres on a bearing of 107° 15' 27" to point B3 1PC; thence for a distance of 300.00 metres on a bearing of 302° 01' 33" back to B1 1PC.
