NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner Mr. Ngari Gituku, to take delivery and remove motor vehicle model Hyundai Sonata registration No. KAM 115Q lying at our Body Torque Limited Garage upon payment outstanding charges plus the cost of publishing this notice within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice. Further notice is given that should the owner not pay and remove the said vehicle within the time prescribed, Body Torque Limited will sell or otherwise dispose the same to defray costs incurred without further refence to him.
