take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Mwibale Village, on 30th December, 1975 and 20th August, 1997, respectively, has been filed in this registry by (1) Dickson Wanjala Wasike, (2) Fred Waswa Wasike and (3) Makokha Nangeso alias Patrick Makokha Muchele, all of P.O. Box 387, Bungoma, in their capacities as administrators of the deceased‘s estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such orders as it thinks fit.
