Box 1280, Meru in Kenya, the deceased‟s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. M. S. B. G. Kariuki & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kimathi M‟Ikiugu alias Peter K. M‟Ikiugu alias Peter Kimathi m Ikiugu, late of Meru Central, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 8th February, 2011. CAUSE NO. 459 OF 2011 By Genesio Mutuma M‟Kararu, of P.O. Box 1407, Meru in Kenya, through Messrs. Elijah Ogoti & Co., advocates of Meru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M‟Kararu M‟Mukua alias Kararu Mukua, late of Kirimaitune Location, who died there on 8th July, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
