REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Cyrus Kibera Maina and (2) Fidelis Muthoni Maina, both of P.O. Box 70709–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land comprised on L.R. No. 36/III/1158, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Areas, held under a grant registered as I.R 34804/1, and whereas the said (1) Cyrus Kibera Maina and (2) Fidelis Muthoni Maina have lodged an instrument of Second Further Charge and whereas Co-operative Bank of Kenya Limited has executed an instrument of Second Further Charge in favour of Mau Summit General Supplies Limited and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R 34804/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of Second Further Charge.
