APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 2 (1) of the schedule of the Accountants Act, 2008, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance appoints— Wanyama Kilundu Bitonye (Prof.), Margaret K. Kobia (Prof.), to be the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st February, 2011 and 1st October, 2011.
