Box 61595, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Grace Beldinah Akinyi Ouma alias Grace Akinyi Ouma, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former names Grace Beldinah Akinyi Ouma alias Grace Akinyi Ouma, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alexelle Grace Akinyi Ouma, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Alexelle Grace Akinyi Ouma only.
