Pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya notice is given to the owner of motor vehicle KAD 723Q which is lying at Gifo Auto garage P.O. Box 4325–00506, Nairobi, situated at Kabras Road South B, Nairobi, to take delivery thereof within thirty (14) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and any other related expenses failure to which the said vehicle will be sold by public auction or private treaty to defray such charges and expenses without any further notice thereof.
