EXTENSION

WHEREAS by an extension order dated 12th September, 2010, I re–appointed John Chrys Otieno – Co-operative Auditor I, P.O. Box 84, Eldoret to be the liquidator of Eltex Sacco Limited (in liquidation) CS 2699 for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said John Chrys Otieno – Co-operative Auditor I, P.O. Box 84, Eldoret has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 13th September, 2011 for another period not exceeding one year for the said John Chrys Otieno – Cooperative Auditor I, P.O.
