take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Armed Forces Memorial Hospital, on 22nd March, 2011, has been filed in this registry by Sarah Nyambura Mwaura, of P. O. Box 16012, Mombasa, in her capacity as widow of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
