TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 898 OF 2011 By (1) Bernadette Masavu Kimanthi and (2) Eric Mwandikwa Kimanthi, both of P.O. Box 162, Tulia in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Kimanthi, late of Kakeani, who died at Chemare, Kipkelion, on 19th June, 2010. CAUSE NO. 899 OF 2011 By (1) Elizabeth Mwende Musili and (2) Davis Wambua Musili, both of P.O. Box 735, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musili Isika, late of Mwambiu, who died at Mwambiu, on 12th December, 2009. CAUSE NO. 722 OF 2011 By (1) Pauline Mbula Mutune, (2) Beatrice Nzungwa Mutune and (3) Kanini Mutune, all of P.O. Box 7, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mutune Musikali, late of Machakos, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 26th May, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
