TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 771 OF 2011 By (1) Nason Kiok Mbatha and (2) Esther Muthoki Mbatha, both of P.O. Box 39, Mbiuni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbatha Nthiw’a Musei alias Mbatha Musei, late of Ulaani, who died at Ulaani, on 11th March, 1998. CAUSE NO. 772 OF 2011 By Francis Kariuki Maina, of P.O. Box 1741–00100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucia Njuka Mumo, late of Ndalani, who died at Ndalani, on 1st September, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
