GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14165

WHEREAS Mumbi Kathima Mutiso, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Kathonzweni/Muusini/97, situate in Makueni District, and whereas the senior resident magistrate’s court at Makueni in L.T.D.C. No. 27 of 2006, has ordered that the said piece of land be sub-divided and a portion be transferred to Peter Ngali Musyoka, of P.O. Box 112, Machakos, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation and transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Peter Ngali Musyoka, and whereas all efforts to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said mutation and transfer and issue a title deed to the said Peter Ngali Musyoka and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mumbi Kathima Mutiso, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
