GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14164

WHEREAS Zainab Ng’ang’a, of P.O. Box 51125, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nairobi/Block 61/199, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Kiambu in succession cause No. 145 of 2010, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Francis Ng’ang’a Mbua, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in favour of Francis Ng’ang’a Mbua, and upon such registration, land title deed issued earlier to the said Zainab Ng’ang’a, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
