REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Laban Chege Njuguna (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Mitubiri/Wempa Block 1/4353, containing 0.202 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Nakuru, in succession cause No. 155 of 2006, has issued grant of letters of administration to Patrick Muturi Chege, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Laban chege Njuguna (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration, land title deed issued earlier to the said Laban Chege Njuguna (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
