THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

EXTENSION

WHEREAS Martha Wangui Kagiri, of P.O. Box 1051, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.445 and 0.4047 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title Nos. Laikipia/Marmanet/Forest-Extension/1000 and 882, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection have been received within that period.
