WHEREAS Mbugua Rugu, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.3855 and 2.657 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Naivasha, registered under title Nos. Naivasha Town Block 4/1067 and 340, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection have been received within that period.
