WHEREAS James Mbuti Kungu, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 1.22, 0.0300, 0.0460 and 0.22 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kakamega, registered under title Nos. Moi’s Bridge/374, 3374, 3396 and 1844, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection have been received within that period.
