IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) of the Magistrates’ Court Act, the Chief Justice increases the limit of Jurisdiction of— SAMSON OMAIYO TEMU Resident Magistrate to Kenya shillings Five Hundred Thousand (Kshs 500,000), with effect from 1st December, 2011.
