ACT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) of the
Magistrates’ Court Act, the Chief Justice increases the limit of
Jurisdiction of—
Kennedy Bidali, Winfrida Mokaya, Senior Principal Magistrates to Kenya shillings Two Million (Kshs
2,000,000), with effect from 1st December, 2011.
