NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner/s of the motor vehicle reg. No. KAS 814Y, Mitsubishi Coach Arror Maendeleo Women Bus Project, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from the premises of William Kipserei T/A Mosop Garage c/o G. O. Obutho & CO. Advocates of P.O. Box 7228–30100, Eldoret, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment ofsecurity and storage charges failure to which the same will be sold by way of public auction to defray those costs, charges and other incidentals which includes the costs of publishing this notice.
