No. 36/111/947, situate in the city of Nairobi, Nairobi Area, registered Volume N29 Folio 281/8, File No. 9292, and whereas Deed File No. 9292 is missing, notice is given that after the expiry of fourteen (14) days from the hereof provided no valid has been received within that period, I intend to reconstruct the deed file and proceed with registration of a conveyance booked under Day Book No. 1101 of 11th August, 2011.
