NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd December, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 424, in Volume DI, Folio 26/716, File No. MMXI, by our client, Kiprono Felix Kiptum Nyekwel, of P.O. Box 586– 30400, Kabarnet in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Felix Kiprono Kiptum, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Felix Kiprono Kiptum, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kiprono Felix Kiptum Nyekwel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kiprono Felix Kiptum Nyekwel only.
