NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd February, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 2011, in Volume DI, Folio 33/793, File No. MMXI, by our client, Adan Aila Jibo, of P.O. Box 284–00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Adan Aila Boko, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Adan Aila Boko, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Adan Aila Jibo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Adan Aila Jibo only.
