IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 260 (1) of the Local Government Act, the Town Council of Ukwala has under its Full Council Minute No. UTC/FC/4/201 held on 15th March, 2011 appointed— STEPHEN OTIENO NYAGILO to be a public prosecutor for all their cases under the Local Government Act and any other related Act before the subordinate courts of Ukwala, Siaya, Maseno, Bondo, Kisumu and Busia.
