REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joel Okeyo Arwa (deceased), of P.O. Box 377, Rongo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kamagambo/Kamwango/216, situate in the district of Migori, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s at Migori, in succession cause No. 98, has issued grant documents to Mary Akoth Okeyo, of P.O. Box 377, Rongo, and whereas all efforts made to recover the title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said land certificate and proceed with the registration of the said grant document to Mary Akoth Okeyo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Joel Okeyo Arwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
