GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3637

WHEREAS Njoroge Kiriri (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Eldoret Municipality Block 16 (Kamukunji)/170, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret, in succession cause No. 115 of 2006, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Simon Njuguna and (2) William Mwangi, and whereas said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in the name of (1) Simon Njuguna and (2) William Mwangi, and transfer by personal representative RL. 7 to be registered in the name of (1) Ruth Wanjiru Njoroge, (2) Susan Muthoni Njoroge, (3) Ziporah Wambui Njoroge and (4) Beatrice Wambui Njoroge, in respect of the said registered in the name of the Njoroge Kiriri (deceased), and whereas the certificate of leases issued in respect of the said pieces of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 and RL. 7 in the name of (1) Ruth Wanjiru Njoroge, (2) Susan Muthoni Njoroge, (3) Ziporah Wambui Njoroge and (4|) Beatrice Wambui Njoroge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njoroge Kiriri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
