REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Irene Shanny Kamau Wambui, of P.O. Box 771, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Gakawa/Kahurura Block 1/Ichuga/237, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas under section 33 (1) the said piece of land be cancelled, and whereas the registered proprietor has refused to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and revert to Ephantus Wahome Muchiri Naru, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to Irene Shanny Kamau Wambui, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
