WHEREAS Kihuha Wanene, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.22 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Kinoo/T. 263, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new register and upon such opening, the missing land register shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
