THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Colin Edward Marshall and (2) Susan Daphne Marshall, both of P.O. Box 39508–00623, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors for a leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.3735 hectare of thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 1705/233/46, situate in within Kilifi Town in Kilifi District, held by a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 28317/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
