NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th December, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3599, in Volume DI, Folio 265/4027, File No. MNX, by our client, Simron Kaur Channa, of P.O. Box 938–00606, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Harsimran Kaur Channa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Harsimran Kaur Channa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Simron Kaur Channa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Simron Kaur Channa only.
