APPROVAL

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Valuation for Rating Act, the Municipal Council of Nyeri, has with the approval of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government, imposed a rate of KSh. 350 per acre to the following gazetted forests.
