PURSUANT to Legal Notice 169 of 2009 Part III (10) of the Council of Legal Education (Kenya School of Law) Regulations, it is notified for general information that the Council of Legal Education Examinations for the Diploma in Law (Para-Legal) Programme shall be held at the Kenya School of Law, Lang‘ata South Road, Karen, Nairobi, from 31st January to 10th February, 2011, both dates inclusive. The examination timetable is as follows: SECOND YEAR TERM II Day Date 2.00 p.m.–4.00 p.m. Monday 31st January, 2011 Law of Property in Land Tuesday 1st February, 2011 Civil Procedure II Wednesday 2nd February, 2011 Company Law Thursday 3rd February, 2011 Criminal Procedure II FIRST YEAR TERM II Day Date 2.00 p.m.–4.00 p.m. Monday 7th February, 2011 General Principles of Constitution Law II Tuesday 8th February, 2011 Contract Law II Wednesday 9th February, 2011 Law of Tort II Thursday 10th February, 2011 Criminal Law II The deadline for registration for the examinations is Friday, 21st January, 2011.
