TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 273 OF 2010 By (1) Cesevena Anyango and (2) Rosebella Anyango, both of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, through Messrs. Wetangula Adan & Makokha, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bethlemayo Makokha, who died on 13th March, 2007. CAUSE NO. 274 OF 2010 By Almenda Omuya, of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, through Messrs. Wetangula Adan & Makokha, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Omuya, who died on 17th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. 275 OF 2010 By (1) Clementina Wangira and (2) Ayesi Achola, both of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, through Messrs. Wetangula Adan & Makokha advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pascal Wangira, who died on 9th September, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
