TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 499 OF 2007 By (1) John Mutei Mbui and (2) Johnbosco Ngila Mbui, both of P.O. Box 29, Mbiuni in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Mbui Ndavi, late of Mbiuni Location, who died at Mbiuni, on 29th October, 1981. CAUSE NO. 731 OF 2010 By Telesia Kamuu Mwenze, of P.O. Box 497, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Mwenze Muzungu, late of Kitanga Location, who died at Kitanga, on 2nd February, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
