REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gachoki s/o Njuru, of P.O. Box 91, Othaya in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land known as Othaya/Kiandemi/520 and 597, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri, in Civil Suit No. 12 of 2006, has ordered the said piece of land be transferred to Loise Wambui Gachoki, of P.O. Box 91, Othaya, and whereas the registered proprietor lost the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and issue a land title deed to the said Loise Wambui Gachoki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Gachoki s/o Njuru, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
