WHEREAS Rashid Mohamed Ali, of P.O. Box 30297, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.3910 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXVI/421, and whereas Vimal Nandlal Jivraj Shah registerd a caution claiming purchasers interest, and whereas all attempts to get his forwarding address has failed, and whereas the registered owner has applied for the said caution to be removed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall remove the said caution provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
