THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

ACT

WHEREAS (1) Florence Wanjiru Gakuru and (2) Justus Gakuru Ngugi, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.800 and 0.800 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Nanyuki/Marura Block 8/485 (Nturukuma) and Nanyuki/Marura Block 8/459 (Nturukuma), respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
