WHEREAS Samuel Gichuiya Wamai, of P.O. Box 211, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 3.308, 167 and 1.67 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title Nos. Laikipia/Salama/Muruku Block 1/713, Ewaso Nyiro/Suguroi Block IV/295 and Ewaso Nyiro/Suguroi Block IV/296, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
