THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Mugambi Kaberia, of P.O. Box 504900-0506, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 18589/56, situate in city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 93073/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue provisional certificate of titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
