NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Duncan Omondi, owner of Toyota Caldina reg. No. KAV 398L, to clear outstanding service, repair and storage charges within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure of which the company shall dispose off the said motor vehicle under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act to recover the said charges.
