THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT

(No. 12 of 1997)

APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS Moses K. Karanja, Co-operative Auditor, P.O. Box 61, Embu, was appointed liquidator of Igembe Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (CS/412) (in liquidation), and whereas the said Moses K. Karanja, Co-operative Auditor, is unable to act as liquidator. Now therefore, I appoint Samuel Wambugu, Senior Auditor, of P.O. Box 364, Maua, to be liquidator in the matter of the said co- operative society for a period not exceeding one year and authorize him to take into his custody all the property of the said society including such books and documents as are deemed necessary for completion of the liquidation.
