Kioga & Co., advocates of Meru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Freddrick Kirimi M‘Itonga alias Freddrick Kirimi, late of Nairobi, who died at Armed Forces Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 2011. CAUSE NO. 557 OF 2011 By (1) Esther Ncobiru M‘Mungania, (2) Bernard Benedict Mungania and (3) Susan Makandi Mugambi, all of P.O. Box 300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, son and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. Murango Mwenda & Co., advocates of Meru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M‘Mungania M‘Kungnaia, late of Nchoroiboro, who died there on 11th February, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
