TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 760 OF 2010 By Musyoka Waita, of P.O. Box 8, Mutituni in Kenya, the deceased‘s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mutululi, late of Kasinga, who died at Kasinga Sub-location, on 3rd May, 1992. CAUSE NO. 744 OF 2011 By Samuel Musyoka Mumo, of P.O. Box 49, Kathiani in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mumo Masyuki, late of Kathiani Sub-location, who died at Kathiani Hospital in Kenya, on 25th February, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
