GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15510

WHEREAS (1) Chairman, Mwichuiri Farmers Company and (2) Zacharia Muriithi, are registered proprietors of that piece of land known as Laikipia/Daiga/Umande Block 6/380 (Nyariginu), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the court in civil suit 2 of 2002, has ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided in favour of Charles Maina, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation to subdivide the said piece of land in favour of Charles Maina, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of subdivision and transfer and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Chairman Mwichuiri Farmers Company and (2) Zacharia Muriithi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to (1) Chairman Mwichuiri Farmers Co. and (2) Zacharia Muriithi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
