GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15509

WHEREAS Odero Nyabola, is the current registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Central Kasipul/Kachieng/965, containing 3.6 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, and whereas in his decree in civil case No. 650/99, the chief magistrate at Kisii decreed that the said piece of land be subdivided into half share between (1) Outa Ndisi Nyabola and (2) Jared Odero Nyabola (the current registered proprietor), and whereas the mutations and transfer documents have been presented for registration, and Jared Odero Nyabola has become adamant to surrender the land certificate issued to him for cancellation, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of subdivision to the said (1) Outa Ndisi Nyabola and (2) Jared Odero Nyabola (the current registered proprietor), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Odero Nyabola, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
