GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15506

WHEREAS (1) Boniface Wachira Muriuki, (2) George Gikonyo Ndei, (3) Margaret Njeri, (4) Priscilla Nyokabi, (5) Esther Wairimu, (6) Zakaria Wanjohi and (7) John Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 52, Endarasha in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors of those pieces of land known as Nyeri/Endarasha/2879, 2880, 2881, 2882, 2883, 2884, 2885 and 2885, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas High Court of Kenya at Nyeri, in civil suit. No. 38 of 2008, has ordered that piece of land revert to Paul Ndei, and whereas the registered proprietors have refused to surrender the said land title deed issued in respect of the said pieces of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds to revert to Nyeri/Endarasha/73, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Boniface Wachira Muriuki, (2) George Gikonyo Ndei and others, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
