WHEREAS James Gathioro Gakaria (ID/3108663), William Njenga Kinuthia (ID/3110939) and David Muchai Mbuto (ID/5192888), all of P.O. Box 23141, Lower Kabete in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership of that piece of land containing 62.2 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Naivasha, registered under title No. Maella/Ndabibi Block 2/89(Tarambete), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
