THIS is to notify the general public that we have reported loss of the company seal to the police, which was lost after the date of the last transaction on which it was used i.e. 6th October, 2010 and the 5th May, 2011, when it was reported to the police. Should anyone know the whereabouts or come across it, please report to Nanyuki Police Station or to the nearest police station or contact us at our offices situated off Kenyatta Road, along Haile Selassie Drive, Tel. 020– 2328767 and 020–2020119 or write to the Director/Chairman at P.O. Box No. 3070–10400, Nanyuki. In the meantime, the company declares that any transaction in the name of the company using the seal reported lost, shall not be honoured by the company and any person paying money to the person(s) in possession of the lost seal for any shares or assets of the company outside the company offices should report to the police and demand refund of their money as the company shall not take responsibility for such transactions. Any person who has paid money outside company offices or to individuals should demand refund of any such payments from the person(s) they may have paid their money to and should also report this fact to the company offices for record and to the police as fraud.
