NOTICE is given that at an extra ordinary meeting of Imperial Teas (Kenya) Limited, held at Godown No. 1 Block 3, on plot No. 2, section V, mainland north, Mombasa in the Coast Province, on the 28th November, 2011, members by a special resolution resolved to wind-up the company voluntarily and to appoint John Mutie, of P.O. Box 17091–80100, Mombasa, as liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up. Notice is further given that creditors of the company are required to send matters and addresses with full particulars of their debts and claims against the company to the liquidatos and proof o their debts or claims on or before the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof. Creditors will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made unless such debts are proved. Dated the 5th December, 2011.
